Sony DRU180A 18x CD/DVD Burner on sale for $19 with free shipping. It has good reviews, and will likely sell out sometime early this morning. This drive uses the old IDE interface, also known as Parallel-ATA, and may not be compatible with some newer computers which only have Serial-ATA interfaces. If your name brand desktop computer is within 3 years old, chances are it will not be compatible with this drive. Check your computer or motherboard manual for an "IDE" port.
