$180 plus about $6 shipping. A very good deal on a quad core Intel 2.4GHz CPU for desktop PCs. most stores sell it for over $200. Note, this is the CPU only, and does not include a required LGA775 socket fan.

If you prefer the retail version which includes a full manufacturer's warranty and a fan, Frys.com sells it for $200 plus $7 shipping ($207).

Intel Q9450 Core 2 Quad 2.66GHz CPU with 1333MHz front-side bus (meaning native support for 667MHz speed per memory module) is on sale for $300 plus about $6 shipping. It's the OEM version of the processor and does not include a required LGA775 compatible heatsink/fan. Even still, it's a great deal since every other store sells it for over $350.
