Antec Veris A/V Equipment Cooler for $40 with free shipping. Every other store sells it for around $80, such as Buy.com, Amazon, and CircuitCity. It also has very good reviews (one, two, three).

Set it atop any A/V equipment which emits heat on top, such as a Receiver or DVR (which can get very hot), and the Veris keeps the device cool by blowing hot air out the back. It is also very useful for stacking components would normally run too hot to stack.

Update: Shipping no longer free. Shipping now adds about $8 for one and $10 for two.

It cools in a similar way as the Antec laptop computer coolers, but this one is designed to cool A/V electronics. The cooler sits atop a Receiver, DVR, or DVD Player, blows the heat generated by the device out the back, helping keep the device cool. Most other stores sell it for around $78, $79 and $82, and it has very good reviews (Virtual Hideout, OZHardware, Newegg).
