| Details: | Vostro 1400 14" Laptop: Core 2 Duo, 2GB, 160GB, DVDRW $544 Vostro 1400 with base configuration of Core 2 Duo 1.4GHz CPU, choice of Windows XP or Vista, 1 year warranty, 2GB memory, DVD Burner, and 160GB hard drive. Dropping down to a 120GB hard drive takes $25 off, if you want. If you prefer 4GB of memory, you can drop down to 1GB of Dell installed memory to save $25, then buy your own 4GB of memory for about $66 to $70 after rebate, then replace the Dell memory by following instructions on page 174 of the laptop's manual. Also on that page is a Vostro 1500 15" Laptop for $519 with Core 2 Duo CPU, 2GB memory, 120GB hard drive, and DVD Burner.
