USB3.0 also supports 4TB, if you place this drive in a USB3.0 dock or drive enclosure. Also older operating systems such as Windows XP may not support a 4TB drive. If you are looking for a hard drive with the most amount of storage space, this looks like a great choice. A good alternative is a Samsung 2TB 5400rpm Hard Drive for $100 available through tonight only, which has already proven to be a reliable drive for the last couple years. |
