| Details: | Crucial 240GB SSD for $27 Crucial BX200 240GB Solid State Drive for $29, and code EMCTCUV27 applies $2 off. Good for cheap and fast storage, but don't use for something you need to be reliable. Like many other cheap TLC-based SSDs, they are cheap & fast, but don't hold up over time. TomsHardware gave this drive 2.5 stars (out of 5). That being said, this has one of the best warranties of all cheap SSDs, giving a 3-year warranty. Crucial (owned by Micron) is a US-based company, so any warranty service might be better than Asia-based brands. |
