| Details: | Sennheiser HD-280 Professional Headphones for $68 (expired: 5/27) (repost) Sennheiser HD-280 Professional Headphones for $68 with free shipping. These were priced $80 to $100 up until a few weeks ago, and is on ewiz.com's Memorial Day Weekend Sale at $68, and most other stores sell it for $75 to $100. These are an older model headphones and may be discontinued soon (if not already) since newer, more expensive Sennheiser headphones are now available. These have hundreds of great reviews, and another great review. These are not really "professional" headphones, more of high-end consumer headphones. This unit does not have battery operated noise cancelling feature that some less expensive headphones have, but they isolate the sound so well, noise-cancelling is not a feature needed on these. Since they are bulky, these headphones are designed for use mainly while seated or standing at a table, and definitely not for use while walking. They do work very well on airplanes and buses, if you have a bag to store them in. They can fit inside a laptop bag or carry-on bag (folded flat or tucked), and comfortably isolate sound better than most other headphones we tried on a plane without having to raise the sound volume. |
