They installed new recessed lighting in our home. They came right on time, gave an estimate, stuck with it, and completed the job fairly quickly. I would recommend him to anyone who requires general contracting or handy work.

I saw some good and bad reviews. The price was too good to pass up. I purchased a $3000 sony TV on a saturday. They called monday to arrange delivery. It arrived 1 week later. They called me to set up a delivery time and actually arrived an hour early. Box was perfect and the TV worked great out of the box. I highly recommend them and would definitely purchase from them again.

    Purchased Brand New Sony Smart TV 12/23 through Greentoe, the worst experience of my life. They never sent me the invoice or the purchase order. Received a tracking that didn’t work. TV arrived 3 weeks late and dropped of at night by a shady delivery person who mishandled the box. I asked him to check the item for any issues because he dumped it from a truck! He assured me it was perfectly fine and packaged so nothing will happen to it.

    I had to wait for My installer to come back after holidays to hang it up. Once he opened the box and hung it we saw a crack going across entire screen at the bottom! I was shocked and immediately knew that delivery guy made it happen. Contacted Electronics Express and they denied me a replacement/refund saying it’s past 30 days of purchase date. They never provided this info in the original purchase date nor they emailed me an invoice. They’re residing to help and I’m stuck with a broken 2k TV that won’t even turn on. They’re the worst business I’ve ever encountered. Never experienced such trash in my life. Stay away!

    So I bought 3 cabs from a new company I had never tried before. Electronic Express. Company. Wtf... Two of three arrived, and they were trashed. Boxes looked retaped. The one box had left side smashed at 22-degree angle. Clearly, the wood inside is damaged. The other had knife cuts in the box going into the inside, cutting graphics on side panels. Wtf... They used the floor model rebox sticker left on the box saying it was a discount unit (sold as new BTW, not used price). I found that the sticker for used sale under the label.

    I called: "We don't control what the warehouse and what they do. We can refund you and you can send it back but we can't guarantee the replacement. Sorry, but we just place orders. I can't explain why it was sent used.." Buyer beware, don't buy from these guys any Arcade1Ups for you'll get garbage reboxed units. I now have to reorder these cabs after I get a refund. If that even happens... Hate see what the third one looks like.

    I purchased a TV on Thanksgiving with holiday pricing. Waiting around a week while it said pending shipment. The day after all the holiday pricing is over my order was canceled after basically holding my money for a week and I was told it was due to not having the product, but it took a week? And a employee told me they had many in the warehouse. So I proceed to call corporate and was informed that there's nothing they can do after accepting my money and not canceling immediately so now I'm out money basically 2 weeks waiting for refund. He also told me that if I'd like to purchase for full price in the future to feel free, but they don't do roll backs on pricing or price matching. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHADY COMPANY.

    ELECTRONIC EXPRESS: This was my first time dealing with ELECTRONIC EXPRESS. They are simply AWESOME... I worked with Joshua, in customer support, and JD **, the Online Sales Manager. They went above and beyond what you would expect anyone to do. They were able to get me the item I needed and followed-up until I received the item at my location in NJ. This was a discontinued item that was hard, if not impossible, to get anywhere else. I will keep an eye on ELECTRONIC EXPRESS for any item I need in the future. Thanks Guys and God Bless.

    Back in June 2021 bought and paid 3300.00 for a 77" OLED TV on sale. Arrived with a busted screen. Customer service said can't do replacement, they have to do a refund. Ok no problem. Sent tv back. It's now Sept 2021 and I still have not gotten my refund. I've gotten promises to refund on a certain day and 2 weeks pass with nothing. For the last 2 weeks they won't even respond to me. Do not even think about taking a chance with this company! I'm so sick over this. Wish I would of read the reviews and listened. No tv, no $3300.00.

    The box looked fine so I didn't open it until it was needed and the corner of the unit is all smashed to hell. If you're going to buy a $700+ item, do it from a store that will actually stand behind their replacement policy. These guys will not. I'm literally 1 day outside of my return window and they have also told me they can't help me at all with that either. The damage policy does not have a timetable and they're not offering one as an excuse. They're simply saying they can't replace it. Be careful where you buy something large and heavy. These small ocm.

    Well... Like some/most of the other reviews, I paid for a TV that was not in stock. I was told 1-3 business days until it ships. 5 business days go by and not a word. I reached out and they said that they are not sure when it'll ship. They said "we have to wait until we pull the TV from our other stores to fulfill your order.... We might of had it ok stock when you ordered but had to fulfill other orders that may have come before yours." Then that means you didn't have it in stock and shouldn't be taking money for something you don't have in stock. Or at least make it known to the customer it is not in stock. Don't tell me "I don't know."

    Electronic Express sold me an obviously used product as new. When I complained about it, they offered me a refund, but no explanation for this kind of business behaviour. Also, Electronic Express’s underlying tone in the communication was snappy and an attitude of “Why do you bother us.” was barely disguised.

    Overall absolutely unacceptable business practice, F minus in communication and zero interest in customer satisfaction. If possible, this would have been zero stars!
