We like Dell IPS monitors for these reasons:
- Small text looks clear and sharp, without the fuzzy edges that some "gaming" monitors have, and
- The included stand can pivot, rotate, and swivel the monitor, and
- Dell's Advance Exchange 3-year Warranty is the best in the business. If the monitor has problems, Dell will send you a replacement before you have to send the broken monitor back to them using the shipping materials the came with the replacement.
The downsides of this monitor:
- It's 1920x1080 (1080p), not 4K, but should be fine for most people.
- Its refresh rate is 60Hz, standard for a monitor at this price and the same as most HDTVs, but not the best for gaming and fast-moving images.
This U2419"HX" model is the same as the U2419"H" model.

Amazon.com - Samsung 32" 4K Monitor for $270
Samsung 32-inch (UJ59) Monitor with 3840x2160p (4K) resolution, 4ms response time, and 60Hz refresh rate for $270. Same price at Best Buy. Normally about $350. Has two HDMI and a DisplayPort for inputs, and overall positive reviews.

Samsung makes good quality monitors, and other Samsung monitors are also on sale today at Amazon and at Best Buy.

For a cheaper option with lower resolution, a Samsung 32" 1080p Curved Monitor (not 4K) for $190 is available from Walmart.

If money is no object, check out a Samsung 49" Curved Ultrawide Monitor for $722. Its 3840x1080 resolution gives the same desktop space as if you had two 1080p monitors side-by-side.

A cheap version of one of Acer's 31.5-inch curved monitors is on sale today at $155. The large 1080p monitor has a good 1ms response time and 165Hz refresh rate, which are good for games. Compatible with VESA mounts, and has displayport and HDMI inputs. Full specifications.

The 1080p resolution is quite low for such a large monitor.
